Need to build a fence? Thinking of adding on a room? This must be approved by our Architectural Committee. Please follow the steps below to submit your project.
If you are planning any exterior modifications to your property, please remember that a Design Review Request must be submitted for approval before work begins. Some projects, such as repainting with the same color do not require ACC approval.
When submitting your request, be sure to include all necessary details and supporting documents, such as photos, drawings, material descriptions, dimensions, and placement of the project. Requests that lack sufficient information may be delayed while additional details are requested.
While the Committee typically reviews requests as quickly as possible, the Association’s governing documents allow up to 45 days for the Board or Design Review Committee to review and provide a decision. Review times may vary depending on the number of submissions received and volunteer availability.

Download this Architectural Change Request Form.
Fill out the form (it can be done online) and attach to an e-mail.
Also attach and diagrams, etc. that help provide information for the ACC to assess the project.
Send the e-mail with the attachments to [email protected].
The ACC will review the request and follow up. They will send an e-mail with the approval form attached to it with approval or denial. If denied, the ACC will provide information and work with the homeowner to determine if the project can be modified so that it can be approved.
