Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is a Voluntary position and the terms are one year. Each member oversees different areas and committees and we welcome your interest and committee involvement!

    Oversees all HOA operations, Committee oversight for City Liaison, new BOD interest,

     Oversees social activities and all annual events

     Oversees member payments and reconciliations, bank liaison, compliance oversight

     Manages website and membership roster

     Serves as member-at-large as our Community Development Corporation liaison and keeps ETHA residents up to date (if email addresses are accurate and active)
