Join our Committees  -  Meet New People  -  Shape Eagle Trace! 

The Architectural Control Committee manages enforcement of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and investigates and approves or disapproves Architectural Control Requests from Eagle Trace residents. [email protected]

The City Liaison Committee works with the City of Broomfield to have a good working community relationship and to keep members apprised of any important news that affects the Eagle Trace neighborhood.  

The Welcome Committee tracks which homes are up for sale in Eagle Trace and meets with the new residents to explain ETHA, provide membership materials,  and introduce them to the neighborhood. New residents, please send an email to [email protected] to register on the website.

It's also important to explain the Golf Course rules: Eagle Trace Golf Course New Resident Letter.

The Social Committee plans, budgets, and completes a post event feedback report including actual expenditures versus budget for each ETHA social event.   This information is used when defining future events. Events include an annual Easter Egg Hunt, Pool Party, managing the holiday lights on the trees and exploring other options for engaging the community. 

Be a Block Captain and assist with delivering HOA flyers to your neighbors as needed (3-6 times annually)

Every year, each area of Broomfield holds a neighborhood Garage Sale. Help to manage and promote this event each spring. 

Occasional Help for Special Activities - let us know if you are available on an as needed basis to help with specific activities or projects.
