As a homeowner or resident please review and adhere to the community Rules & Regulations noted within the Eagle Trace Covenants.

Below are rules that need extra attention by some residents:

• All external property modification proposals must be sent to the Architectural Control Committee for approval.
•  
• Trash containers must be returned to your trash enclosure / garage as soon as possible after pick-up. Pickups are on Tuesdays through Waste Connections.
• Please avoid litter by placing items securely in trash and recycle containers.
• Yard debris must be in cans and not laying on the ground or it will not be picked up. Heavier branches need to be hauled away at the owner's expense. The city will not pick them up anymore.
• Pets are not allowed on the golf course. It is private property. 
• Pets must be leashed and please be respectful and clean up after your dogs. 
• All sidewalks must be cleared from snow within 12 hours after the snowfall. 
• The SPEED LIMIT in Eagle Trace is 25 mph. There are many children in the neighborhood so please be conscious and careful when driving. 
• Smile, laugh, be friendly and help your neighbors. Let’s continue to create a welcoming environment within Eagle Trace. This is what keeps it so special.
